Customer Returns/Regrets
I hope you will love your item but if you have any problems you have the right to request a return of your purchase within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return your goods. We do not provide return labels or cover the cost of returns at this time. If you need to discuss an item then please feel free to contact me at anytime and we can discuss how to put a smile back on your face.
If you are sending back an item please remember to enclose a note with your order number (which can be found on your order confirmation) and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please let us know what you would like (if the item is not in stock, we will be in touch). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please wrap and pack very thoroughly to make sure your returned item doesn't get damaged during shipping. Tip: items should not be able to move freely in the box.
Packages marked Undeliverable/Address Not Found/Return to Sender
Packages that are returned to the studio by UPS or GLS will automatically be refunded, minus shipping costs. If a return fee is charged to us by UPS or GLS that amount may also be removed from the refunded amount.
